Mario and his team were amazing. We were having a home built, had all our pre-qualifying done way ahead of schedule. The build was going to take between five and eight months, during the waiting the period, Mario and his team contacted us throughout. They just checked in on us, it felt like an old friend doing a well visit. Our house ended up being finished at five months, all our paperwork, financing, signatures, EVERYTHING was good to go. We can honestly say, it was worry free and super easy. This is the 4th home we have owned, on the other homes, we never heard from our mortgage people once the closing was done, really do not even remember their names. With Mario and his group, the bought us dinner and had it delivered to our new home, and we ran into him at a community event and was introduced to more team members and even Mario’s parents. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!
