Mario stepped in when we abandoned our previous loan officer who was unable to meet deadlines that were set in our negotiation with the seller. He got us in and worked with me multiple times daily until we locked in our rate (I kept calling and waiting for the best rate we could get). I consider him to be very professional and helpful. We will ABSOLUTELY seek Mario out next time we go to purchase a home!
